We met when we were young and green, when Harry Broley was our aspirational cool and erudite, and the Andover Shop was the holy grail of Harvaard Sq...when liberal was a political philosophy and not an accusation...when Republicans established the EPA and the Legal Services Corp.

The Greatest generation gave way to the Baby Boomers and here we are with ugly and extensive divisiveness across the land. Not a great generation. And yet among us there are some who have shepherded their families well, contributed to social good here and abroad, and seized new opportunities that advance society. You are among this small sliver of our generation and I salute you for that.
