This is Mark Dixon and I serve on the PDI Board with your Dad.  We’ve known each other for 8 or 9 years.  I am a big fan of Lauren Walters!  One of the reasons I really enjoy serving on the PDI board is spending time with your Dad.  He always asks very interesting questions, helps us think through business “puzzles” to ponder for the future, and is a terrific thinker around so many topics.  For years, I have said I always leave a board meeting learning many new things.  Lauren is a big reason for that. 

Also, Lauren has a keen ability to find unique places to have dinner or visit wherever we go.  His quest to enjoy life never stops.  I fondly recall many, many memorable meals and experiences with Lauren (and often Karen and my wife, Sue) because of Lauren.  He is fantastic!    

Lastly, I feel like I know you personally as well.  Lauren always updates us on his family, your jobs and life experiences, and more.  He is so proud of all of you!

Please pass my birthday wishes on to Lauren (and Karen)!  Happy 70th Birthday, Lauren – your next chapter is just beginning!  I so look forward to spending time in person with you again soon!
